Custom artwork files will be limited to PNG, JPG, SVG, and PDF formats up to 25 MB. Files will remain private and must pass malware scanning before checkout.
Custom orders are charged before proofing. Staff will provide a proof workflow for approval or change requests before printing. Cancellation and refund terms must be finalized before this workflow is published.
